Meet the core team that keeps the TropicalSwap hammocks swinging, and join us in shaping the future of DeFi:

• Jconlabarba is the General Manager, Product and Marketing Manager of TropicalSwap. He has been working in startup creation for almost a decade and is the founder of a web agency, taking care of the marketing and innovation aspects for several clients. He started focusing on Web3 in 2021, and since then has been involved in the marketing growth of various projects on different blockchains, such as Cronos, Kava, and Aptos. Given his experience in people and project management, as well as his expertise in marketing and web3 products, he decided to start building projects in a professional manner and with fundamental values in mind, such as transparency and clear communication, where all these aspects still tend to be lacking: the DeFi. This is how the idea for TropicalSwap was born: a DEX that is transparent, intuitive, friendly, and community-centered.

• Simolazza7 is the CFO of TropicalSwap. He is the manager of a web development and communication agency in Italy. He studied economics and finance at university and he worked in different situations like professional sports, big events, and for many big firms during his career.

• Pulp Crypto is the Business Developer of the TropicalSwap team. In the crypto world since 2019, he has worked on several projects on different chains including Polygon, BNB chain, and Cronos, and collaborated with some large teams as a freelance where he gained good experience in the field. In his free time from crypto work, he loves trading crypto, teaching crypto to newbies, and discussing crypto with friends.

• Tidal is a Dev of TropicalSwap. He is a Smart Contract Developer at TropicalSwap. He has a background in game development of more than 4 years and began applying blockchain technology in video games at the beginning of 2022. He has since started learning Solidity and smart contract development, with a focus on game-related protocols such as NFTs, before switching his focus to DeFi in early 2023.

• xArm0rer is a Dev of TropicalSwap.

  Experienced software developer and engineer, since 1999 he has helped to design and develop many projects with different languages ​​from C/++, Java, and Python. His passion for technology has led him to explore the blockchain since 2015 and since the beginning of 2018, he has started collaborating as a full-stack developer in web3 projects.

• Feo is a Dev of TropicalSwap. He is a blockchain developer, working for big companies for many years. He has been into Bitcoin & blockchain technology since 2011. Moreover, he is a Solidity developer since 2021. He worked on some projects based on R2E. He is also a professor in engineering schools teaching blockchain development.

• 0xB is a Dev of TropicalSwap. Full Stack Developer with a passion for crypto since 2019. He works on TropicalSwap's front end. He started his journey with NFT projects, and then delved into DeFi, turning lines of code into opportunities, and exploring the mysteries of the decentralized world.

• Wolf is the Community Manager of TropicalSwap. He goes by many variations around the space, and he likes to show support, but he’s always Wolf. He has been around the block. He has held diamonds and bags. He knows how it goes. He likes to be helpful, wants people to win, and hates scammers! He is passionate about community. Community is the oxygen that feeds the fire of a project.

• Jack oversees the Graphics, Design, and UX/UI of TropicalSwap. He is a seasoned professional with a robust portfolio, having worked with high-profile clients such as RedBull, Enel-X, Moto E, and Vimercati. He has honed his skills in Project Development and Strategic Design across a variety of Italian companies and projects. Since 2021, he is one of the founders of an innovative creative agency and a startup specializing in Web3 solutions.

• Trix is the Graphic Designer and Artist of TropicalSwap. Her skills are related to the structuring of a company's brand identity, including the creation of logos, icons, mood boards, choice of palette, fonts, choice of tone of voice, graphics for social media, study of competitors and target audience, and as-is analysis of a website. In addition, she is immensely passionate about digital art and she is the illustrator who worked on all the illustrations for this project.

• Teebee is the Copywriter of TropicalSwap. He is a linguist, translator and copywriter. His career has been focused on Machine Translation and the new frontiers of language technologies.

• dvd is the Video Content Creator of Tropical Swap. He had many experiences as an art director and creative artist, and co-founded a communication agency with other collaborators. It all started with the violin... oops! Photographer, he loves the digital art world. GIF, Net Art, and glitches are the interior vocation, although converted in usual requests by jobs like photos, video, direction, and branding. He started to study blockchain technology in 2012 when BTC was 25$. In 2021 he discovered the DeFi world and a new way to increase his creativity. He worked in teams every time he could, and he believes in sharing competencies and skills to achieve growth.
